Clear Intention and Daily Scripting: The Foundation of Manifestation

Manifestation always begins with a clear intention. Those who manifest easily open their journal every morning and do some scripting. What is scripting? It’s writing a letter to your future self, but in the present tense.  

Don’t write that I want to be rich. Instead, write that I am driving my new 7-seater car. The smell of leather seats fills the cabin. The cool air from the AC is blowing on my face. I’m getting a bank notification on my phone: ‘₹5,00,000 credited.’ I’m smiling and feeling that all my worries are gone.”  

As you write, feel it and engage all five of your senses: what you see, what you hear, what you feel, what you smell, what you taste. The more sensory and emotional the details are, the stronger the signal will be to the universe.  

I suggest you set aside 5 to 10 minutes in the morning. Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, get into the feeling, and then write. In the beginning, you won’t see anything, but after 10–15 days you’ll start to notice signs. If your mind wanders, spend the first three minutes focusing only on your breath, then write.

Start your morning with meditation, intention setting, and gratitude

Instead of checking your phone first thing when you wake up, meditate for 5 to 7 minutes. This meditation isn’t focused on a mantra or a goal, but simply on your breath. This reduces the mind’s resistance and helps you stay in a high vibration throughout the day. After the meditation, write on a piece of paper, “Today I choose peace, joy, and abundance. Whatever comes today will be for my highest good.”  

Then practice gratitude by writing down at least five things you’re already grateful for. These can be small things like a hot cup of tea in the morning, your family’s love, sunlight, or a good day yesterday. 

This habit transforms the energy of “lack” into “abundance.” It transforms the energy of “scarcity” into “abundance.” When you’re in a state of gratitude, the universe is compelled to give you more. Scientifically, it’s also proven that people who practice gratitude have higher dopamine and serotonin levels, which boost mood and strengthen their power of attraction. 

Powerful Night Time Habit: Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind  

The time before going to sleep is the most powerful. Studies show that during this period the brain is in alpha and theta waves, when the subconscious mind is most open and impressionable. 

At this time, three things can be done:  

  • SATS (State Akin To Sleep): Just before drifting into deep sleep, create a small scene in your mind, like you’re checking your bank balance and, upon seeing the number, you’re shouting with joy. Repeat it in a loop 4–5 times.  
  • Revision Technique: If a negative event happened during the day, rewrite it in your imagination as if it went the way you wanted.  
  • Gratitude Scanning: Think of three good things from the day and smile about them.  

This nighttime habit is my absolute favorite. I’ve noticed that people who do it every day see their manifestations 3–4 times faster. One girl told me she was manifesting a job. She did SATS every night. On the 28th day, she received offers from three companies.

RAS and the WOOP Method: A Scientific Perspective

Manifestation isn’t just positive thinking. It’s based on your brain’s activity.  

RAS (Reticular Activating System): When you repeatedly visualize your goal in different ways, the RAS starts highlighting opportunities, people, and resources that were previously hidden from your view. Just like when you buy a new car and suddenly start seeing that same model everywhere on the road.  

WOOP method (based on Professor Gabriele Oettingen’s research):  

  • Wish (your wish)  
  • Outcome (the best possible outcome)  
  • Obstacle (Main obstacle)  
  • Plan (If-Then planning)  

Example:  

Wish: I want to build a daily scripting habit.  

Outcome: This will strengthen my focus and manifestation power.

Obstacle: Sometimes I feel tired or lazy.

Plan: If I feel tired, I will still do at least 2 minutes of scripting.

This planning technique can increase the likelihood of success by up to 300%. I always write out WOOP for every major goal.

Just thinking doesn’t get you anywhere. Taking inspired action is essential for your manifestation. People who manifest easily act on their intuition’s signals immediately. A thought pops into your head: “Text this person.” You do it. “Watch this video,”  They watched it. No matter how bad the external situation is, they internally hold the feeling of “this has already happened.”
